PARENT COMPANY SINCE 1973
The parent company Plaspack Netze GmbH in Schwanenstadt, Upper Austria, founded in 1973, is considered the core company of the two locations and employs around 90 people.
Among other things, the production and assembly of the Austrian brands Soliday – Das Sonnensegel and Austronet takes place here. The in-house sewing and locksmithery ensure short production times and high-quality finishing.
Thanks to our high flexibility and technical competence, we are able to meet any special requirements of our customers.

EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF
Since 2008, our independent subsidiary Austronet d.o.o. in Kozarac, Bosnia/Herzegovina, has also been producing and assembling our products. Since then, the expansion of three production halls has made it possible to manufacture our products under one roof. From production to packaging, our skilled staff of around 120 employees is always concerned about the needs of our customers. This way, we can guarantee that our products are manufactured in Europe in an environmentally friendly and resource-saving manner. Austronet d.o.o. has been voted the best medium-sized foreign company in Bosnia for 10 years in a row.
